Hatch Chile de Arbol Wreaths are handmade at Soto Farms in Hatch, New Mexico, by several generations of the Soto family. During a visit to the farm, I personally witnessed everyone from the grandchildren to the elders carefully creating these beautiful wreaths alongside traditional Hatch red chile ristras. Each wreath reflects the family’s craftsmanship, heritage, and pride in continuing an authentic New Mexico chile tradition.

These edible wreaths are made from vibrant red Hatch Chile de Arbol peppers that retain their rich color and distinctive Southwestern appearance. Display one on a kitchen wall, door, or patio, then remove individual peppers as needed for salsa, sauces, soups, stews, and other recipes. Hatch Chile de Arbol peppers are extremely hot, so they should be handled carefully and used sparingly when cooking.
