Our frozen hatch green chile is grown on the Soto Farm in Hatch New Mexico. The varieties we grow are the authentic old versions of hatch chile which had a spicier, less sweet and more flavorful and robust taste.
Our hatch chile is hand picked, flame roased, and hand peeled on the same day it is picked to insure the highest quality of freshness that will last all year round in your freezer.
Chopped is peeled, and de-stemmed but not de-seeded
We ship frozen Hatch Green Chile on gel packs in insulated containers. Frozen orders are shipped every Monday and Wednesday Fed-X 2 Day for delivery that Wednesday or Friday. Our roasted, frozen hatch green chile is available flame roasted, hand peeled whole or chopped. (mild, medium, hot, or X-hot, xx-hot, jalapeno)
Our Frozen Hatch Green Chile can be ordered as part of a mix and match, (mild, medium, hot, or X-hot, xx-hot, jalapeno) order. Frozen Chile is packaged in 1 lb freezer bags for your convenience.
We ship on Mondays and Wednesday 2 day Fed-X
